Actually I prefer Jean-Claude Van Damme in period 1986-1998 but this film was ok. Of course it wasn't as good as Lock Up (1989) with Sylvester Stallone but still watchable Drama/Action
@Magnolia296 Death Warrant (1990) is one of my favorites. I like Van Damme's films post 1998. Granted, I prefer his work from 1985-1995, but he's released some good movies in the past decade.
