you talk on it like any other phone. it doesnt have to be opened to dial numbers. you can use it when its closed.

Hi Thank you for your comment. For this Sharp phone the OS on it is its own Sharp OS and yes it does have wifi. Currently we do not have a store but we have pick up locations around the GTA. i will answer you here it will be easier. there is a way to fully unlock it right now with a new type of hypersim. the hypersim and the price on our site is for half unlocked only. half unlock only phone and sms will work, other media functions would not work.
