I bought 7100 few days ago. It is just a piece of junk. It keeps on locking all the time. Entering address takes for ever. Their customer service sucks. Save your money. Try some thing else.
Just bought one today , been brilliant so far , better than my previous tomtom and my mates Garmin. But then I read somewhere the American version has an older operating system or something . Mine over here in Europe is superb even recalculating after a wrong turn takes maybe 5-10 seconds.
navagon 2100 max there newest model dang thing kept locking up so much i almost went crazy then it would either take forever to calculate or kept recalculating then would work 5 minutes before lock up 3 of them all same problem.

i purchased a navigon there junk. i went threw 3 of them they either calculate route for 20 minutes or lock up every time.
