  • One of the most beautiful places in the States. It is so spiritual that it practically hits you over the head as soon as you see it. Unless you have been there you cannot know what I am talking about. So GO.

  • @litiumleap, please don't encourage people to try to avoid the usage fees. The Paiute Tribe aren't a wealthy bunch of people, and that revenue helps keep them afloat, as well as taking care of this beautiful Lake.

I went there back in late 2009 and it was one of the most beautiful natural sites I've ever visited.

  • i love this lake. i am from michigan where there are many lakes great and small, but this one is different. it is warm and salient. great for swiming. what i like best is that there is no develpment on the lake. it is what has always been. i hope it stays that way.

  • @james123q if you love this lake then you would really love lake tahoe

  • I love my lake!! Cui ui tukuduh!

  • Godss I really want to go back to this place. I used to go every weekend

  • @DenimZero pyramid is way better than Tahoe. You can have some privacy at pyramid if you know the lake. Tahoe is full of bitchy Californian women and guys that would fit perfectly into a Nike, Adidas, or Abercrombie commercial. There are way more cops at Tahoe too which puts some challenges on the underage drinking thing. If you know what your doing you can go to pyramid and not pay for your camping permit, party, and not get pestered.

  • @lithiumleap Tahoe is freezing, but Pyramid has perfect water temperatures. I love it!

  • haha my friend used to live in reno and she always said that she hated pyramid lake because she almost drowned there everytime she went and there were snakes and a huge drop-off haha so i dont think i'll take the chance of drowning and dealing with drunk natives, no matter how "beautiful" it is :)

  • wow we have some stupid local from your words. get out and experience life before you trash something you don't even know about. and us locals use open mine shafts to dump the body's.

  • pyramid lakes alryte...its c00l 2 g0 in like 0ct./nov. because the water is realy warm..but this lakes a trip..water babies and underground currents?? ya n0t my thing and the natives 0n the reservati0n are a bunch 0f wild drunks 0R TWEAKERS s0 d0nt fuck with them either...a few ppl i kn0w alm0st dr0und in the lake f0r s0me 0dd reas0ns they all knew h0w to swim 2 and it wasnt them it was THE LAKE!!! witnessed this with my 0wn eyes.s0 when the lady says respect D LAKE RESPECT IT! TAH0ES BETTER TH0

  • I hope DenimZero is talking about So Cal. Pyramid Lake is one of the remote spots where one of the largest lakes in No. Nevada is actually ,in a place you wouldn't think was there. This video doesn't do justice , you have to see it to believe it. Oh Yeah Trout fishing Unbelievble here!

  • We were there 2 months ago; though it was overcast/somewhat gloomy that day, we thought the lake & the surrounding area beautiful.

The lake had a serenity to it; I video-captured the sound of the water lapping on the shore & have it on my computer as it soothes me.

The down side is in running into sour-pussed tourists like you; you're a close-minded

idiot & saw just what you wanted to see. We

only paid $6.00 for a day pass, leading me

to believe that you exaggerated everything!!

  • for those of you who are from pyramid, i've got a question, what kind of spiders are the ones that are all over the tufa rocks? you know, the scary mofos that build giant webs where, like, 100 of them will hang out? i've been wanting to know for years...

  • anyone who has anything negative to say about my home should stay away, nothing good comes from people like you... no respect, somthing that your elders never taught you!!! and people get all scared when someone drowns in the lake.....maybe you should show some respect when you are here.this place is sacred and from the land to the medicine that grows here.think about that before you come here!!!

  • Ive been to Pyramid Lake many times, it is beautiful.

Beautiful country. But, most of the trash and disrespect to the land around there is done by the LOCALS, NOT the visitors.

  • You piece of shit denim ZERO!

If you dont like Pyramid Lake, do us all a favor and stay fuck away from my homeland asshole!

As for the mud hole comment, Pyramid Lake is an ancient Lake bed which is sandy so the only mud hole is your asshole meaning your shitty mouth!

Where do you get off stating it cost $20.00 a person, How dumb, Pyramid Lake Paiutes dont charge $20 Dollars a person unless your stoopid eneugh to offer!

Pay some respect for sacred places or stay the fuck home shit head!

  • DenimZero, doesn't know what they are talking about. Actually they are probably talking about the Pyramid Lake near southern California. This Pyramid Lake in this video is near Reno Nevada and there are NO CATFISH in the lake.....there are however..really big trout in it.

  • Yah lol, I dont know if you know about 2012 and all that but if u do then you know what im talkin bout when I say I wonder if this is a safe Zone for 2012?
