Perhaps check the date of the video? Back then, all the Sandman did was take away your double jump. It has seen a lot of different variations since.

There's 2 different bats for the scout, The Sandman, and the normal bat, the Sandman is wooden, it's the one that the blu scout was using.

First you need the sandman baseball bat for the Scout, I don't know how to get weapons in a short ammount of time so I guess you figure that part for yourself. Once you have it press G and your all set. Personally I like the Heavy's taunt attack because you can get people from a distance.

You don't have to send it. When they die, their camera freezes on you for a few seconds. You just have to taunt after they die, and the camera will catch your taunt.
