Sometimes it can even be good and open up a window to see things from a different view. Just make sure your strong enough not to get stuck in it and do it all the time and let it fuck up your health and life. If it does find real help somewhere else than a religious institution who doesn't have the tools and knowledge. In my country there are very good clinics for addicts.
