Actually the parody is not funny at all.

When you understand german, the subtitles do in no way cover or erase the foolish anger of Hitler who speaks here of executing officers that refuse to die on order.

Bruno Ganz did here an outstanding performance and I've seen this movie at least 10 times. No other movie has ever so unbelievably realistic about the last days of this megalomaniac dictator.
