Hi, thank you for the wonderful tour. I am planning on buying the SX4. My salesman is offering me the 2010 model and giving 3years free full service on top of the 3 year warranty. I am a little suspicious about this offer. Do you think it is ok to buy a 2010 model now at the same price of a 2011 model? Btw, how is your car performing? Thanks....

Right off the bat I got jealous! My 2010 SX4 came with the lamest fob & key combination - you got that really cool integrated key. I'd kill to not have that extra junk on my keychain!

another nice review :D My dad bought one in july , the GS version (it's the top version here in Romania ). Manual gearbox (no one here drives automatic) and it has fog lamps , keyless go and climate control. I see that yours has powerfolding mirrors and aux port , here the options weren't available :(. My question is if your s has 4WD drive and ESP ? i've looked at suzuki sites from many different countries and there were some differences !

@nouvolcphx Thanks. The 2010 model won't come imported with fog lights, but the dealer said they're bringing in the fog lights and we can go and install them at the workshop FOC when it arrives.

VERY nice car. What role will it serve? BTW, it's the opposite in US. Suzuki is about ready to pull out of the US market altogether. It is doing HORRIBLY bad.

@1bentley4ever It's an all around town car. Similar to the old 325i. That car was small and we took that car to places which are not suitable for huge cars. Same role here. Plus it's also a car I drive to college. Parking at my college is horrible!

@alexlovesmac I bet it is horrible. Parking is always terrible ESPECIALLY at the end of the semester. That's why I won't drive to class. How far is your college from your home?

@1bentley4ever While Suzuki does suffer in the U.S. I don't think they are going to pull out yet...the Kiszashi is starting to gain traction and I know Suzuki will start to offer more models in the future, so in due time I'm sure it will rectify its GM-Daewoo image and start to grow. I hope so, I think they are a great company. I can't wait for the Swift for the U.S.!

@rowsdower12 i agree! hopefully they'll bring back the v6 option in the Grand Vitara and bring the XL7 back too. I want to get a second vehicle and a suv would be perfect.

@cruizin85 With the partnership with VW hopefully the unreliability doesn't come with it. I think its more that VW wants to use Suzuki for small cars in India as well as other emerging markets. I believe a new set of models are on the way that should help. Like Cruizin85 said, if there is an expanded dealer network that would create better consumer confidence in getting their cars. Hopefully they can advertise more. I do see plenty of Kazashi ads in magazines. We'll see!!!

@1bentley4ever not pulling out though it may have appeared that way. the u.s. market sucks and suzuki is doing the smart thing and not taking on anything extra especially it's advertising. I bought my 2010 SX4 Sport S 6 speed manual in March 2010 and love it! reports on it building up the dealer network again
