  • built from the ground up to be a police car??? ummm no... sorry pig.. fucking retard

  • YYAAY its nice to know u use our tax money

  • Are you selling the damn car?

  • for matter of budgets cut...why the hell they get new fleet for? Give them horses..

  • Great seems that this Dodge Charger is the best you can buy, cost saving, efficient, beautiful... I suggest in Wicomico you should from now on buy only cars manufactured by Dodge and don't forget not to put the light bars on the roof! Horrible a police cruiser without light bars, a nightmare……

  • shoulda put the SRT8 motor in it.. 340hp? weak....

  • @MrGMC305 he says 340hp but it really has bout 380 hp and they are a beast of a vehicle i can only imagine a srt8 police car that thing would be amazing

  • @Mr45hitman 380 is good.. but all it takes is an srt8 and a supercharger to make that "pursuit vehicle" look like a moped.. and I'm talking Cherokee/charger/challenger srt8 even.. always wondered why the police didn't have a super angry muscle car out there roaming the interstates ready for high pursuit chases..

  • @MrGMC305 well for one they do have them but majority of the arent theirs they were captured cars in raids (or atleasts we have them here in indiana)and 2 because no agency wants to spend the time or money on making one.

  • @MrGMC305 My charger R/t accelerates so fast that i cant react to my surroundings with the peadal to the metal thats why they dont need srt8 the average driver would not be able to uttilize it but the police are trained to get the most from thier R/t's

  • wait, what county is it again?

  • blink and u pass right thru it. drug problem? lol if u mean the 18 yr olds smoken weed in their tree houses then yea is crazy.....lmao

  • They are the only two cops in that god forsaken county.

  • So wait... a Hemi Dodge Charger is CHEAPER (purchase price) than a Police Interceptor Ford C.V.?

  • So wait... a Hemi Dodge Charger is CHEAPER than a Police Interceptor Ford C.V.?

  • umm i prefer the crown vic

  • it's not the fastest police car in the world, italian police has a lambo

  • @MrPorcoDio25 to be fair, that is a very situational police car. :)

  • @MrPorcoDio25 lol . i thught the same thing also ...

  • So thats where my tax money is going?

How about a geo metro? Its fuel efficient too. Its only a two seater though, so you'd have to detain people in the passenger seat.

  • @tatkonerez

The Geo Storm was a 2 seater, the Metro was a 4 passenger car, 5 theoretically.

  • @sixty8panther prism was the five

  • nice lights :P

  • Where the hell is Wicomico County? Wicomico County! Wicomico County! Wicomico County! Wicomico County! Wicomico County! Wicomico County! Wicomico County! Wicomico County! Wicomico County! Wicomico County! Wicomico County! Wicomico County!

  • @mazdakid626 its in Maryland

  • @mazdakid626

In South East Maryland, The main city is Salisbury. Google it

  • 390 feet of torque?

    Missing something there.....

  • what happened to his hair?

  • Allow me to also comment on his comment about the light bar on top of the crown vic. They dont come standard with one as he almost implies. You can get the crown vic in the slick top version just as you can the charger. And to say you get 3 miles per gallon saving by not having a lightbar is absurd. Lol, the new LED light bars just do not cause that kind of drag. This guy is just too excited to have a new patrol car, like a kid with a new toy.

  • As a former police officer, I would have to say I would choose the crown vic over the dodge anyday. The dodge doesnt have the cab room that the crown vic has, and it has too much roll to it when you corner. Wont mention that the interceptor crown vic also has excellent acceleration and top speed. The crown vic is also better for doing pursuit intervention moves because it has the weight and muscle to do the job. nice lookin car tho.

  • hmmm, i hope they know that theyre job is to catch bad guys, not try to look cool

  • @simba00784 "Looking cool" was not the only reason that they switched from vics to chargers. I'm sure as shown through your statement that you also noticed the other about 5 or 6 logical reasons that they switched to the charger. About half of the mentioned reasons for the transition on this video were referencing saving money... money they get, through a looong stream which mainly flows from the US taxpayers of which I'll go out on a limb saying includes you. Let them worry about their jobs.

  • they schould us a honda civic old one so we can get away :)

  • black steel wheels would be nicer.

  • WICOMICO!!!!! YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!

  • Give them bicycles and quit wasting good taxpayer money. Over paid over equipped.

  • @MrJeffnow Bicycles dont catch bank robbers and murderers.

  • @MrJeffnow You're uneducated and retarded.

  • @UnrealNate I'm quite educated and a retired police officer. I need not go into detail to you.

  • He is incorrect in saying that its all around better than the Crown Vic, the Vic has a bigger trunk, parts are more widely available, more room in the back seat and not to mention it is body on frame which is a tougher overall construction. Also I wouldnt say the Charger is the most "widely preffered vehicle in law enforcement" as Ford owns over 70% of the police vehicle market. Both are good police vehicles, honestly I'd say they are overall equal cars better than each other in different areas.

  • @moparmaniac21 plus the 8 thousand blind spots in the damn chargers.

  • Yeah it's a bit tighter than the vics but it's WAY faster and handles better. I love driving these things, take em over vics any day

  • @ChaosXIW Actually they have more roll when cornering and dont accelerate that much faster than a police interceptor vic. Def was not produced to be a police vehicle, just adapted to be one. The crown vic is designed for heavy fleet service and police use. Sure, its pretty, its a sports sedan, but just not a great police vehicle.

  • This car is a piece of crap! They have bad front ends and the electrical system is very weak. They are also too tight to get in and out of when you are wearing a rig and body armor!

  • Dodge lol...

  • thts nothing ive seen police vettes an camaro ss

  • its not the fastest production police car, im sure ive seen corvettes and the italian police has a lambo;)

  • How would removing decals and replacing a lightbar with inner led's not save money on a cvpi?

  • @yankeesvasile again - we have undercover vehicles at my agency too, but they are marked (yea - real undercover, huh?)

older people, people new to the city, etc. may feel uncomfortable being pulled over by a vehicle like this.

it seems too easy to impersonate and a spot light is found on many ex police cars. atleast with a color scheme and vinyl, it is more difficult, more expensive and less likeley to be impersonated.

  • 0:23 -orange peel paint.

  • we have two mustang gt's here... prolly more badass than a charger.

  • I love the car, but i don't trust it. i might not pull over on a traffic stop. it doesnt look official. they need to put labels on it. too easy to impersonate

  • wanna hear a joke? police's "badass" dodge charger.

  • y hey get new cars with tax money when people cant afford there own

  • like the one in gta4

  • wat thats not fast than my toyota supra i beat them in 5 secs top lmao

  • the dodge charger is a nice car, I like american cars. Old and new!

  • Does this have licese plate scanners and facial recognition?

  • they'll do 149, 154 with the ac off.

  • i heard the engines on these things fail

  • 18 times he said Wicomico County. What a broken record!

  • Yet the suspension is still bouncy as hell. Have fun with body roll son!

  • all blue lights, but on the crown vic there ar red and blue

  • I like the Charger, but I'd rather have a Crown Victoria. It's sad to see such an iconic vehicle being put out of production. But, i belive they'll be back soon.

  • Sherrif...the Dodge is Awesome! waaaay better than the crown victoria!

  • Comment removed

  • They must be happy

  • Good thing about the "crisis" is FED, state and local bankruptcies and therefore budget cuts, layoffs, unpaid salaries... good riddance to all parasites.

  • he said 390 feet of torque, isn't it foot pounds??

  • reminds me of a colorado state patrol unmarked crusier

  • ITS SPELT ADDITION!!!!!!!

  • It has no side lighting . . .

  • @xtjlowex Doesn't need it, if this is anything like the aggressive driver vehicles Phoenix has all they truely need is front and back lights because their only purpose is pulling vehicles over.

  • @RyannRebel That would make sense, if it was nothing but a traffic car primarily. But even traffic cars end up getting called to other things. I guess I don't know their department that well, so I can't say for sure.

  • 340 hp? our law enforcers deserve much more

  • @chrismehaffey exactly what i was thinking

  • Matters little if you place a low performance driver in a high performance car!...

  • Im sorry. What county did he say he was in?

  • Theyre unleashing cars like this that are low profile in new york. Little multi-colored chevy impalas. I saw one pull someone over and it looked like a grandma car to the extreme, gold. would've fooled me

  • @BrtshAmerican6 in gsbo nc our cops have at least 30 diff make/model even jeeps

  • @chrismehaffey WOW thats crazy. thats crazy lol. I would hate ot live there.

  • they are every where in NC LOL

  • dodge no sirve

  • What County is he from?? I didn't catch it. I hope that laptop is able to withstand repeated exposure to doughnut droppings and sticky fingers.

  • Soooo you just gave away your brand new unmarked cars as police. Smooooth.

  • Wonder what Ford will do with the new DI 5.0L V-8...that won't be going in the Taurus! Hide and watch, Ford will make an enforcement rig with that new "Coyote" V-8. More HP, more torque, and better fuel economy out of the box than the 5.7L Hemi. I love old Mopars, but the new stuff falls apart and that was one of the main reasons they needed a government takeover... I mean 'loan.' Ever seen how many of these surplus Chargers have new engines and trannies? They are great, then the warranrty goes!

  • Im going there soon.

  • You guys are takin' me for a ride-along, right? :P

  • then take the bar lights off of the Crown Vic...DUH!!!!!

    instant savings

  • he loves saying wicomico lol.

  • he loves saying wicomico lol

  • No red lights is how Britain has been for ages. Why has it taken so long to realise that just blue looks cooler? At least you have now.

  • cops suck my charger would rape yours

  • Sheriff: "ladys and gentlmen, im gay....."

  • nice ! we have similars Chargers in Willoughby Hills, OH

  • so... how many times did he say Wicomico?

  • @AznPwnageFTW I was thinking the same thing.

  • @AznPwnageFTW 400,000,000,000

  • @AznPwnageFTW hahah by 3:30 (all i could watch) he had alrady said it 9 times

  • Comment removed

  • @AznPwnageFTW

    Wicomico County = 18

    Almost 3 times a minute...impressive.

Although what is much more impressive is that i sat and counted them. im a douche...

  • @CadetMeyer haha thanks for your patience :) It's a new record... 18 times in 61/2 minutes!

  • @AznPwnageFTW I KNOWWW! And! I had to watch it twice :S

  • @AznPwnageFTW how many times did he say latest/best/ anything else to boast this car

  • @AznPwnageFTW something like 16 times... :S

  • @AznPwnageFTW over 50

  • SO THE DOORS OPEN BY THEM SELF

  • thats how these cops get rewarded for arresting pot heads. most all people who get arrested in the U.S every year are arrested for victimless crimes like smoking pot in there home. If all cops did was arrest real criminals they would not be able to afford this shit

  • what is that guy talking about?

  • Dodge's newer Chargers are amazing. End of story.

  • haha tries to justify the car being unmarked in "savings" ... we all know this facist loves to prowl around screwing people over.... Probably has kiddy porn on his home pc....

  • KUWAIT and BAHRAIN got hundreds of those in white and blue colors

  • we have the 2009 chargers in my city as normal cruisers and they also have an SRT-8 as the stealth cruiser it is black and says police on the side but the police on the side you can only see when your headlights hit the side of the car

  • We have all that and more. "GPS". Type in an address and it tells you the fastest route to your destination as well as knowing where your fellow Patrol Officers are.

Our video cameras record directly to a Hard Drive at the P.D.

Oh! Don't forget the Automatic License Plate Scanners that tell you if the car or anyone associated with the vehicle is wanted.

Only problems with the Charger is Poor Reliability. We have problems with Brakes overheating and replacing Motor Mounts.

    Bill, Olathe, KS

  • Nice they have pc's so they can uplaod video to youtube when the chase has ended

  • Jordan ( middle eastern country ) has audi a6s :D

  • the srt-8 could smoke that thing BIG time!!!

  • Well...... isn't Wicomico Co. special.

  • Tech is getting old but the car remains hot.

  • it looks cool with the blue lights :) The Charger is used quite often by police services in the US, right? In Germany we mostly use (at least in Bavaria) BMW 3 and 5 series, in Sweden Volvo XC70 but the one I like best is the Passat CR from Norwegian Police.

    Cool Vid!

  • @EnjoyFirefighting dont forget the danish new bmw m3

  • Power, yes.

    Handeling, none.

5.7liter & 340 horsepower. In Europe we get that with a 2.5 Liter and 5% of the fuel consumption.

  • I wonder how much Dodge payed them to say "Dodge Charger" a hundred times?

  • Pause at 4:10 lol

  • looks like kits bitchy little sister (knight-rider)

  • The arguement over which is faster is sort of complicated because the charger comes with i think 5 differnt engines options, (havn't looked into it for like a year of if its changed i apologize) but last i heard you can get a straight 6, a v6, two sizes of v8, and the hemi, there may even be two sizes of hemi, so a big city police charger may have a small v8 or even a v6, ehile high way patrol is rocking the hemi and blows the vics away.

  • @Iismez Hemi or 3.5L V-6 are the only options for the Police Packaged Dodge Charger. There is no in-between or upgrades on V-8's and only the H.O. V-6. The only true differences you can pick in the packages would be radio (am/fm/cd/mp3) and wheel cover appearance package.

  • if thats got the hemi in it it will smoke any vic unless the vis is modded

  • No latteral visibility.

At intersections, if it goes like: Dodge Charger vs Truck....truck wins.

  • that shit aint faster than no vic bruh and he think cause some cars niggas gonna stop selling drugs anybody can tell when theres a police car

  • @stickdog1230 Driving a 2010 (last year of production) Crown Victoria I can assure you the Hemi Chargers (which I occasionally drive for traffic detail) are faster, handle better, get better gas mileage, and brake harder. I can actually catch motorcycles if they aren't going over 90. Go drive a Hemi Charger at a dealer and tell me what you think.

  • that shit aint faster than no vic bruh

  • @stickdog1230 Uh, yeah it is, bruh.

  • dodge is for mexicans

  • I'm a DPD officer, I prefer the VIC

  • @seserbcp

    Okay?

  • @kenny1309 okay what?

  • I agree w/ casperkyle37166. This car does not have enough to show what it is on the sides. There are lights out there that wouldnt give away its stealth look but certainly get attention when approaching intersections!

  • believe it or not crownvics are faster

  • 390 feet of torque, lol! How about 390 lbs of rear wheel torque.

  • wicomico... he says it 18 times!!!!!!!!!

  • @svenskakr4 ems uses blue in some states, and they are allowed to drive into other states with that equipment, as long as they do not activate it on public property such as highways and residential roads.

  • THIS IS WHAT OUR TAXES PAY FOR!!???

  • gay

  • Those dodges alway have a breaking problem it don't stop for shit!!

  • Noo...noo..its not the fastest..best..police car ever..Its Italy's Lamborghini!

  • @imgame2121 i thinks he tlking bout in their state

  • :O look at how many different ways we can we can catch you breaking the law!!! :D

  • @MrSomethingdumb

Look at how many different ways we can waste tax money

  • Wicomico County, Wicomico County, Wicomico County.... SUNDAY SUNDAY SUNDAY!!!! ... Nice car though.

  • psh. my police car = armored doors, bullet proof windows, and.....DUAL MACHINE GUNS >:D

  • crown vic is still the boss of cop cars, ford was stupid to let it go

  • @fuzzee728 Meet the new Taurus! The Crown Vic is okay, but too many flaws. Exploding gas tanks and buckling doors on rear end impacts, inefficient V8/trans. Time to move forward. I do agree the Crown Vic is really what you envision as a COP car when you see one. I like the Impala better over the Charger.

  • Cool vid, but he doesn't mention what county the cars are for.

  • Nice Car Sheriff Mike! How about you getting me one for Christmas? Be Safe!

    K9 Mac in GA

  • If you wanted the fastest, most powerful police car on the road today, why didn't you go the way of Broward County and retrofit a Challenger?

  • This car was also stolen by a person who was pulled over on The Buzz.

How embarrassing. The cops couldn't even catch up to the car until they found the car, upside down in a cloud of smoke on the side of the road.

If you don't believe me and I will link if asked.

  • Nice car officer

  • i think they have these in wicomico county..

  • Comment removed

  • stupid... our tickets paid for this

  • @mujjuman Maybe you should slow down then.

  • fuck the police

  • so he talks about the bar light on top of the crown vics that they suppousedly have, but is it just me, or is it an invisible bar on top of that crown vic at 2:32? sounds like some bs.

  • This guy should be a car dealer not a cop.

  • what a stupid name for a county

  • It looks nice, but underdone. Like someone else said I'd add some side lights. Also, they need some more colors to catch driver's eyes, so maybe throw some red and amber in the back, and some red in the front as well. As of right now it looks like a NYS volunteer firefighter's POV.

  • fuck the cops
