I found this useful too, and I'm not an absolute beginner. Keep it up. No way it was "useless." Mark, shrug off people who think they know it all. That's not just jazz ("advanced" or not) that's life.

Don't get offended since you gotta take the good with the bad. It might be useful to an absolute beginner but jazz is advanced. And, you have a rambling style of teaching. Very hard to understand especially when you get into the internalize BS. Some guys guys are good teachers, some aren't. Maybe you should teach guitar instead of jazz guitar. Now, jwall is a good teacher if that's the same guy on the other videos.

We all play the same scales, it comes down to bending the rules and phrasing. Keep up the great work. 45 years behind this neck and I still learn something everyday.
