I'm a professional musician and also a music marketer with work on countless World class

club shows and major festivals and Canada's Wendell Fergusan is VERY VERY close to Danny if you watch

an entire night.

@HOJOBRAM I grew up in Northern Va listening to Danny and Roy Buchannan. I bought "Redneck Jazz" on vinyl long ago. Danny and I lived 8 miles apart. We did gigs together. Later, I relocated and I've been a session guitarist for the last 25 years. It's funny, I just read "Unfinished Business" a book on his life. Wendell has "chops" for sure but he doesn't embody the depth from the unique, creative idea pool of which Danny drew from. Wendell's like a cheaper imitation of a great American product.

I am 6'4.5" and 265 lbs. When my sister saw me playing my esp ec-1000 she said, "what a tiny little guitar". I never thought about that and sure enough my girth does make it look tiny!

I think, visually, Wendell is a bit of a wrong choice.... He looks like he's a great bear of a man, so guitars all look small on him, and that isn't right from a marketing viewpoint. He's a great player and sounds cool too though. No offense to him at all.

This is just a 2P DLX but with this crazy cool limited color right? Are they the same pickups, bridge, tuning pegs, etc..? The twang and bite of this model is outstanding, I'm sure this guitar would deliver some tasty studio tones for recording. Oh and the new guitar you just designed is really cool as well.

found out: i dunno about this particular one, but most of the other eastwood replicas come with humbucks. but they sell vintage voiced single coils in humbucker casings (which is what the originals had!)
