ik had 2 ratten maar een is dood al een half jaar geleden en heb er nu nog een en die is al bijna 4 jaar dus best wel oud maar weet u misschien als ik nog een rat neem dat mijn oude rat met die nieuwe rat kan omgaan?

want volgens mij zou die dat wel leuk vinden en binnenkort ga ik waarscheinlijk een kooi maken heb al een zelf gemaakte kooi maar die is niet zo heel groot u heeft me ook op ideen gebracht dus bedankt!

Wow! You gave my some ideas! My boyfriend and I built our rats cage as well! It's prob 6 feet tall and 3 stories! They love the space to run and climb and be rats! We switch it and change it once a month so they don't get bored :). Rats are so intelligent!

I do this for mine. They're so spoiled. Shop in the bird section as well as rats. I saw a nest in there :) I also build cages out of bird cages. Painful to clean but worth it when the ratties are playing.

@poontankk really the bigger they are the easier they r to clean the smaller they are they are hard to clean if you ask WHY because big spaces give them more room to poop and pee and it will be barely any poop or pee in the cage and the smaller they r the pee builds up to one huge thick layer which then you will have to go through trouble scrubbing it out
