Lol, it's not an SRT8. The easiest way to tell is by looking at the front bumper. Look at this one, then compare it to actual SRT8 front bumpers. The SRT8 has a completely different body kit. This is just some 5.7L Hemi that a guy tried to make look like an SRT8.
That's definitely not an SRT8. An SRT8 would walk that mustang. That looks like a 5.7L Hemi Grand Cherokee that they tried to make look like the SRT8. The tires are all too small, the body kit is wrong, and it's too high off the ground. The rims even look like they're not actual SRT rims, but it's hard to tell from this grainy video. All I can tell is that they have a similar shape. That's also not how an SRT8 looks when it launches at all.

Read any review, and you'll see that the new Mustang GT handles remarkably for its dated live rear axle setup, especially with the Track Pack. For all that extra power, the Camaro SS isn't that much quicker than a base GT. The Challenger? Forget it. It's gonna take a SRT8 to get anywhere far ahead of the Mustang, because the thing ways a ton. It's a gorgeous car, but it's too damn heavy. Stop banging on the Mustang. It's the only muscle car that's survived without being discontinued.

heres the deal. if its 4wd with locked diffs then yes you are correct, thats impossible. but if its an AWD with LSD(limited slip differential) then theres probably a rear torque bias and the rear wheels could spin for a second since there is also generally a front brake bias which could hold up the front wheels. is it bad for the diff? yes is it possible? yes

Actually it can. Don't take this too personally but you have a lot to learn about cars and racing.
If you would like to learn try googling "stall converter" or "launching an automatic" for a better understanding.

i sorta agree it doesnt look like SRT8. BUT you can hoax a little rear wheel spin from all wheel drive cuz even though its AWD the power tends to go to the rear mostly for instace a 60% %40 split

Mustang rules, Jeep drools. Who gives a shit about stock? Run what ya brung. Besides, you can buy a cheap blower kit for any V8 Mustang and instantly add more than 100 HP. And still pay less than that overpriced and overweight Jeep. Jeeps are for offroad, not dragstrips, LOL

ok are we forgeting the fact that a mustang weighs less than the srt8, a semi can have 1,000 hp but weigh 80 tons, according to you guys it would win, power to weight ratio, and oh yeah the mustang 4.6 liter, uhh its a 4.6, put the same size motor in your cars and beat the mustang, wont happen, but feel proud for your 4 and 500 hp cars that barely beat the 4.6, it just makes the ford guys laugh that you even want to race.

People say the jeep sucks? Are you serious the stang was modded a stock 08 v8 stang would have got killed. The jeeps are pushing every bit of 400 if not more horsepower. That jeep vs a stock stang the stang would have lost by at least a second.

You're retarded. The Jeep is AWD, and teh Mustang is RWD on 20s. He had to launch like that opt he would've spun half way down the track. Put some slicks on the Mustang and it will destroy most any SRT8s.

ok, maybe your retarde, that jepp was power brakeing it off the line and his rear tires started spinning. that would be a great trick for an AWD vehicle. more likely it has selectable 4wd and was running in 2wd. Besides, it would be embarrassing to get beat by an suv when your in a sports car, they are both badass rides

The SRT8 Charger would have to run low 13's to high 12's to spank that "horsey". I've raced a stock 06 GT and he ran a 13.37 against me. Pretty good for a heavy car with only 300hp. Besides you are talking about cars that have 400hp+ outrunning a 300hp car. Not too fair if you ask me.

heres the deal. if its 4wd with locked diffs then yes you are correct, thats impossible. but if its an AWD with LSD(limited slip differential) then theres probably a rear torque bias and the rear wheels could spin for a second since there is also generally a front brake bias which could hold up the front wheels. is it bad for the diff? yes is it possible? yes
