look - the commercial is cheesy sh** in my opinion, way too long and not related to the golf in any way, they make a whole story and then throw the damn golf in there as if they couldnt use any other car for that, i want to see a golf ad that's about the golf only, not "a form of transport"... most passat ads seem to be on point tho
@mazinais31 It's a Golf, you don't need to say that it's a very reliable, smart nicely designed classy car ;) (VW Ads are like that...except when they are ads for the USA or for some new model)

This ad is beyond terrible. Fine, the story is heartwarming and good, but to link it to the new Golf is moronic! Golf is a tough, edgy and hardcore brand...to dilute it in a shower of animal welfare hogwash is a desperate attempt to appeal to a new market. This "doing good" approach is such drivel. Remember your essence VW Golf! It is so transparent it is sickening.

This is prime example - just chuck your product on the end and try to look responsible for the good deeds of others. To the lady in the ad - well done! If the world had more people like you, it would be a better place. To VW, your ad lacks integrity - Perhaps the money spent should have gone to conservation...
