  • I did it with a rod, tape and a chair....no need to waste money on a mic stand

  • @guitarpikz hes not telling you to buy a mic stand you re-re.

  • thanx for that man.

  • I see many people having difficulty balancing the glidecam. I've been using the Cam Caddie Scorpion with great success, it's very affordable and effective I highly recommend it to anyone searching for an independent setup.

  • good stuff my man!! sure beats shellin out a grip for one of those brackets

  • AWESOME TIPPPPP HOMIEEEE thanks

  • Thanks

  • U R a genius! Thank you!

  • Nice

  • You are awesome. Thanks so much for the tip!

  • Good trick, I used by myself a lot. BUT: don't use it with a heavy camera on the top, you will have ugly surprizes one time. Be aware that the stand bottom heavyer and larger is than the camera + stabilizer.

  • Thanks man, good trick

  • No problem I learned a lot from people posting vids on YouTube just returning back when I can..

  • nice! never thought of using a stand like that, and I am opposed to buying Glidecams balancing bracket. Thanks!
