  • Epic :)

  • Has always been the BEST and will always be! Actually THE LEGEND!!!

  • s u p e r !

  • yagudin is the king

  • Lewwwwwwwwwwaaaaaaaaaaa ti bezuslovna ssuuuuuuupeeeerrrr:*:*:*:*

  • Best skater of all time (:

  • "Plushenko is not good enough to even say his name." Don't be stupid. Plushenko is good enough to have three olimpic medals. And he beat Yagudin many times. Yagudin is a brick but do not insult Plushenko. His skating make me happy))) Just watch Adagio or Nijinsky or Bolero.

  • @MrEvan75 A medal can happen for many reasons. Lysaceck won gold and he wasn't good enough to watch in the eye the others on (or near) the podium. That's a shame. When Plushenko won gold over Yagudin in 2001 it was just because of Yag injuries, Yagudin was so superior you can't even think of a comparison. Plushenko is a good jumper and nothing more.

  • @Porporinablu I don't think Plush is just a jumper, I enjoy his artistry. Look, he got standing ovations so many times in his career in competitions and in exhibitions too, including 2001! Don't forget he is almost 3 years younger than Alexei. He became his competitor when he was only 15 and made everyone take him seriously. He was 1st to perform the most difficult combo (4t-3t-3lo), some spins ("donut spin" and he’s also 1st man to do Biellmann). Well, my hero is Plush, not Yag. Sorry))

  • @MrEvan75 I m agree with you. Plushenko has made history, he s the best performer in the glas than ever exist. He s the King of the glas. More elegant. My hero is Plush, too, yesterday and today.

  • @Porporinablu Lysaceck did not deserve that medal. He does not know jumping, it is a shame that a man wins an Olympic medal without knowing make a quad, but won by politics and interests, we all know that. Plushenko and Yagudin are two of the best skaters in history, but Plushenko is much smarter, more connected with the public and still competes today, while Yagudin and that we know nothing. Three times he has won medals in Olympics. Plush is the best.

  • Simply the best! As the comentator finally acknowledged. This is perfectly executed performance combining inspiring and artful choreography, precise match of action with music, amazing footwork and arm swing, powerful jumps and exellent landing, his passion, his sunny face, his smile, his love, his dream, his cheerful spirit -- all added to this forever unbeatable "Winter!"

  • LOL! Did she say "Alexei Yagudin-San"? That sounds sooo cute! I love Japan and Alexei Yagudin!

  • LOL it's like impossible for dick button to give a compliment. "well, that was pretty impressive" umm YEAH it was no need for the tone lol.

  • plushenko were never able to win anything when alexei was skating

that just proves he's the best

  • 2:13 to 2:30 is the most fascinating part of figure skating I've ever seen, closely followed by the pirouettes of Lambiel and the expression of Plushenko. Combine these three qualities and you have just formed the perfect figure skater.

  • bit of a rounded back there... wtf american comentator

  • King Ice

  • legend. can't doubt

  • great performance!!!

  • love you, Alexei!!! miss you soooooooo much:((((((:*

  • 6.0

  • 100x6

  • watz the song called, plz help any1 ? =]

  • The song is called "Winter." It is performed by Bond, four talented, female violinists. (They are on youtube and play classical pop.)

Alexei and Tatiana Tarasova had phenomenal chemistry. As a choreographer, she is a visionary - - and he executed the artistry brilliantly. His performance of "Revolutionary Etude" in 2001 deserved higher marks also! Although some competitors could match jumps, his arm positions and footwork are unmatchable - - exhilarating!

  • What a beautiful programme and choreographie.

    what a great genius

we miss you alexei yagudin but you will always in mind of the people who love figure skating

  • Amazing, the best, the great champion Yagudin! I love you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I really miss him and also plushenko on the ice...

  • i love alexei he's the best but half is cuz he's russian lol

  • that can only the russian...

  • omg... Now I know Joubert still has a long way to go

  • greatness.........such a beautiful thing to behold. this made my heart soar!

  • Button needs to button up his yap - his 'sonya henie' style of bent legs and back are horrible and he has the nerve to talk about someone else's 'rounded' back....he needs to get over himself because quite honestly Dick Button just ain't 'all that'

  • he is simply the best! artiston the ice! thank you for all the positive imotions!

  • dick button should be slapped and banned from t.v as he has no idea what he is talking about anyone can pick fault but he is just being a prick rounded back!!!et the fuck outta here just cos it isnt the 17th century and yagudin doesnt skate like a wood plank plus cos he is a russian if it was anyone from america they could look like the hump back of notrodam....oo button winds me up

    yagudin=legend!

  • Awesome!!

  • magnificent!

  • I have to say that the only skaters that can rival Janet Lynn for greatness in the history of FS are M. Kwan and this guy -

  • the best one...ever

  • OUTSTANDING!

  • ...so cool...

  • No. I'm sorry but Alexei Yagudin is in a golden league of his own. - No one else, has ever been, or will ever be, anyway near his brilliance. Yagudin - elegance, technical mastery, awesome programs....winter, MITIM, Gladiator, Lawrence of arabia... the list is endless.

    Yagudin is the King.

Plushenko is not good enough to even say his name.

Yagudin is an emperor of the ice.

  • go clariiiiice....

    totaly agree...

i even got in an argument today with my schoolmate-she was saying, that Plushenko is the best :S

Yagudin the King...i like the sound of it

  • @clariceUSA

    I agree....

2010 skaters are boring..... / i miss the quads..... ;( the skaters from now do not wanna risk something. That makes it boring...

  • @clariceUSA : Agree 100%!

  • alexei and evgeni are in a league of their own!

  • I wish Dick Button would shut up.

  • gah! indeed. i really wanna see a 'winter' without any comments. that would be wonderful

  • my family always says that dick button should button himself up! lol

  • unforgetable!!! when will we see the new Yagudin? who knows?! may be soon, may be after many, many years:-)

  • Yeah, that's it!You today's figur skating has a lower standart than back then and he was the measure for everyone.Getting a bit bored when I watch skating nowadays so I have to watch his performances on DVD for the 101 time (-; He makes me forget the bad quality!

    By the way: hi Vera

  • you are so right nadaschka...

  • Thank you so much for posting it in such a good quality! tears in my eyes when I see his performances...todays's figure skating misses a lot his talent and emotions!
