The term 'djent' is fucking stupid because it is onomatopoeia which was first used by Fredrik Thordendal (Meshuggah) to describe the sharp chugging that Meshuggahs guitars make. Misha Mansoor (Bulb as some may know him) of Periphery heard this and made the whole progressive metal genre called 'Djent'. This is stupid because it limits these amazing amazing incredible awesome fantastic bands to A SOUND, NOT 'progressive metal' which is what they are doing- progressing

if anything, black metal is fake metal, because they focus too hard on trying to be in some genre and have a certain image, and the fans follow eachother blindly. however, how can music be "fake"? if you want to be all "true metal", you're not being yourself, and isn't metal all about going your own way? to each their own, i like anything from death metal to reggae. who gives a fuck about fakeness, it's a matter of taste, it's just music, not a way of life like some of you like to believe.

Agreed on Gaga. You can hear similar melodies to a whole lot of the stuff from the 90's, some more obvious than others, like her new "hit" "Born This Way." That song is a total rip off of TLC's "Waterfalls."

Also, the nick name "Gaga" has been short for my cousin's name Gayane. She's been called Gaga ever since I can remember her.
