I just heard an angry tribal running her mouth at a poor bike cop who was just standing on the street. The only thing this video proved is that the bike cop needs a tan and some treadmill time.

@thank13you She said he assaulted her and her boyfriend. IDK if that happened or not, but it doesn't matter. "Courteously and clearly state your name, rank, shield number and command, or otherwise provide them, to anyone who requests you to do so. Allow the person ample time to note this information." He broke the law by not giving her his badge number even if he didn't do anything.
