  • You shoulda stayed away from the stroker kits man! It'll make nice torque, but 2.0's rev SO much quicker. Especially when you start getting into higher HP ranges. But nice ride, you broke the 400hp barrier!

  • Hey i have a 1995 eclipse gst! obviously has turbo....but its having problems...like it drives strong, but whenver i step on it after third gear when the turbo spoils up it pops, and u can hear it in the exaughst/muffler!!! does anyone know what that maybe?? please help!

  • @Pannax10 Change out your plugs or wires, when I had my DSM I honestly found that it ran best on Champion Coppers (mine was mostly stock all but intake/exhaust). You could very well have a boost leak some where as well causing your car to run pig rich (cars not getting all of the air it should be and is just dumping loads of fuel into the combustion chamber and cannot burn it all basically).

    Its not always expensive, Lucas English here in the Northwest (Washington to be exact) charges 60 bucks for three pulls. 10 dollars per pull with AF and additional charges after that.

    But yet closer to where I live some Subaru (Surgeline) guys charge hundreds to dyno your car

  • eclipses dont have mivec thats evos, and its diff then vtec.

  • yes, you can have a daily eclipse w/ 350-400 hp at the wheels. If you want to save money, buy one that is already built up.

    To build a DSM to 350-400whp its gonna take about $3500 if you do the work yourself.

  • if you need to know how to make 500 horse, you shouldnt even be trying, start small, work your way up

  • Looks good man, I'm running 30 psi on the pte 50 trim but my timing is pretty low because right now it is on 92 pump with no meth :( Your probably making more power than me. Good numbers man!

  • high timing is not always good...if your making good numbers w/ low timing ur in the clear to advance timing to make more power but high timing izint always good...wow 30psi on 92oct...damn...

  • But if I can advance my tune with more timing since I have a clean tune with no knock right now I feel that I can draw more power for sure :)
