The twins were the closest to being the real Alice, but they became lost in wonderland. They wandered in wonderland afterward because they got "lost". It's speculated that one or both went insane.

The first Alice didn't murder them, they passed through the other three doors already.

The first Alice bravely made her way to the wonderland, sword in hand she sliced down everything that got in her way. But she traveled too far into the forest and got trapped there as a sinner.
