Someone else mentioned an important point. The pesticides they spray on the fruit are in the juice. That may be another reason why pasteurizing is very important. It would be different if they could sell it as soon as it was "squeezed", but they don't. It sits for months in storage. BUY ORGANIC

Like the step where they boil (pasteurize) the juice and kill 90% of the flavor and vitamins.

Or the step where they store the juice in tanks untilit is needed, possibly as long as 3 months or more.

Or the step where, just before packaging, they add the destroyed flavor and vitamins back in using a flavor concentrate pack.
