Farrukh Fateh Ali Khan (the harmonium player next to Nusrat) is the youngest brother of Nusrat Fateh Alj Khan, not his father :))))) Rahat Fateh Ali khan (the son of Farrukh, so the nephew of Nusrat) is not in this video. All the best to all. For me Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan is the top in qawwali and not only. Any musician would agree with me, as Nusrat had the greatest classical knowledge and because of that he could sing not only qawwalis but pure classical, ghazal etc.

While I do not understand all of the lyrics as an American I can still appreciate the work and attention to detail Sir Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan illustrates in every performance and song. There is something very special that takes place during his performances it is as if he allows the spirit to move through him and his lyrics this is what attracted me to him and Qawwali. Let it be dually noted that all Americans are not narrow-minded!
