Thanks for uploading this - I totally agree with your response to Pinkyolder's pompous comment (incidentally the same person left a similar comment on one of my vids from last night's gig!). It's become a tradition of mine to trawl through YouTube after I've been at a gig to bring back memories of the gig and to help ease my post-gig depression! :)
@Pinkyolder... whats your problem? people record things/take photos for memorys sake and as a souvenir. Why do you record a wedding? Why do you take pictures on holiday? Why do you make home videos? It's not to "capture the experience of being there". It's not to "impress friends".So how about you get down off your pedestal way up there and chill out.
this was fuckin' awesome, no offence though, but, have we come to time when knowone just enjoys the music, rather than filming full songs to impress people over youtube/facebook? I just took a second last night to just look at all the camera phones and people taking videos to impress friends rather than enjoying the music, it's quite sad... nothing can capture the exprerience of being there.
People don't record such things to impress, it's just a nice memory for anyone who was there to enjoy. And recording one song out of 20 or so isn't what i would call sad. I'd see your point if someone was to stroll in with an HD camera and record the full thing and watch only through the viewfinder but that isn't the case here. Thanks for the comment though.
Best gig ive ever been too! totally mental! :D
