I'm a real Old Boy I Left LHS in 1949.When I started the school was in Trentham Road,Longton. Then we moved to the Sandon Road location.We thought that thhe new premises were terrific. The gymnasium,the swimming pool,and the spaciousness of the class-rooms,etc. By the way the pool was not heated,and our sports teacher,a Mr.Chadwick,said we were soft, if we complained.The classrooms still had aircraft recognition panels on the walls,as the school had been used by the military.Good Luck Kids!

hahah i was 3 years old when this was recorded and i go to that school now and guess what they still have the same chairs and mr wilson left last year but miss lithgoe is still there i think you called her bradburnn though or sommat like that. you might know one of my sisters samantha wilkinson lol or emma
