Try getting a seat without a reservation, any class, on any X country from Bristol. Buying a 1st class ticket just entitles you to stand outside the toilets next to 1st class. Bloody sheisters
At 2:06, how on earth did CrossCountry forget to change the door? I've seen other Voyagers with a Virgin Trains livery door, but the rest are CrossCountry.
