  • @bgirl0608 She does work on the news...

  • you're so pretty!

  • how do you grow your nails tha long, lucky you

  • you talk like a news reporter

  • your nails are beautiful but so is your skin!

  • hi you have beautiful nails and i really love the color your nails are getting longer and nice thum nails do you have the cherry red purple color love that color and name of it great job thanks.

  • if its that sheer than it might be a sheer finish....which is used when u have nice nails and u just want a transparent color on....kinda like a french manicure!keep up the awesome work!

  • great review! are the brushes thick like opi's brushes?=D

  • Since you are a Sally's girl, try Seche Vite quick dry top coat, I promise you'll be up and at em' after about 10 -15 minutes! It rocks!

  • if you put a white nail polish underneath it would probably look really great :)

  • i wonder if this kind of polish would look good as a top coat over a more pigmented polish?

  • i just found out about china glaze! i love it! i found a place where i can get them for 2.50 a piece!!!

  • which website was that?

  • Try Max Factor Nailfinity. I've had it on since a week last Tuesday and it's not cracked/chipped yet.

    [On my toes.]

  • Great video thanks! :)

  • i hate it when mascara takes out my curl

  • try waterproof mascaras or ones with a thicker consistency

  • Emily, I HAVE to know what you have on your cheeks in this video! tia! :D

  • I have to agree with some of these comments. I only like the Cream and Neon formulas by CG. I find that the shimmer formula is too transparent.

  • China Glaze base coat is AMAZING stuff...the best I have ever used. Their color varnish is great also but I have found my HG:

I've used China Glaze, OPI, Essie, Cosi, EVERY salon polish, but after 40 years I have found my HG polish - Wet 'n Wild Mega Last strengthening nail polish in #208 Lost Love. It's fast drying, it does not streak, does not chip (I'm talking days and days of does not chip), stays shiny, shiny, shiny day after day (no top coat needed) and it's $1.99. You must try this!

  • i lovee summer rain!=)

  • wow i got the China Glaze way cheaper on ebay from merchant RMSPIDER16

  • hi can u get china glaze in the UK?

  • I love the China Glaze and if you have a Sally's card it is $3.50 each!!!

  • my stupid store raised the price from $3.25 to $4.49. it sucks! :(

  • Sally Beauty Supply is corporate. Every store raised the price. If you are a beauty professional, however, you can still get it at $3.25

  • I have to keep them done so I dont bite them - ugh except yesterday since 3 of my nails ripped WAY down and I bit some of the others since I was so stressed out. I hate that =(

  • I'm sorry u dont like the golden mirange.. it looks soooo pretty on u.. i mean it would look prttier with a tan sure.. but.. its still pretty:)

  • meringue

  • i love QOTW :D whoo hoo!

i actually like the transparent colors. that first one looks gorgeous on u :D :D

  • I don't suggest admire, because it's pretty, but unless you have a really good base coat it chips easily. Most of their opaque shades are really good.

  • Oops! I forgot to say I am talking about China Glaze!

  • I love Avalanche! Maybe it's my skin tone, but I think it looks just the tiniest bit lavender.

I'm glad you like it, too!

  • I love all your video's!

    My fav. Tv news reporter!

  • Check out Eight Eight Beauty for really great deals on these - I think they are about $3! Thanks for the review - just lovely colors!

  • love your earrings, where did you get them???? pretty please....

  • I'm not sure what your profession.. but your voice is very tv news journalist! Especially when you were reading the results for the nail routine.

  • lol yup she is a new broadcaster.. she does have a good tv voice =)

  • I asked the salon I go to why they dont carry the China Glaze colors and I was told because it has a lot of formaldehyde in it.

  • youre supposed to layer that sheer color over something else

  • Not really. Its all about what you prefer.

  • I'm sure this has been said before, but i think the gold coat on your nails(Emily) it would be great as a gold tone top coat over a dark nail color, would give it a cool effect i think IMO.

  • I love China Glaze! Emily, you should try Ruby Pumps it is my favorite shade of China Glaze. :)

  • Ruby Pumps is my favorite China Glaze shade also.

  • Hi, I really like the look of your gold nails. I might get it. lol

  • are the china glaze really good because i need new polishes

  • I just purchased a few China Glaze polishes during the Sally's sale and am really liking them. I also picked up the Seche Vite top coat and it is awesome--it made my nails feel like glass - you may want to give it a try then next time you're in Sally's :)

  • I love reggae to riches and of there are several more i want to try.

  • nice

  • I bought the China Glaze Avalanche on last Friday, and wore it on my fingernails all weekend, and just wasn't feelin it. I ended up exchanging it today for another China Glaze shade, Caribbean Temptation.

  • Who exchanges nail color? Just ask for a piece of tape to try out the shade in store. You'll be able to try out the shade against your skin. That's so annoying when people return or exchange something so cheap. Deal with it or give it to a friend as a gift.

  • I returned it b/c I don't believe in keeping stuff I'm not gonna use. If you do then that's one you. Respect others ppl's opinions and keep it moving.

  • you have gorgeous nails!! (love your ring, too! hee hee) :) keep the videos coming! :D thank you so much for sharing!!

  • lol nope never had a nosejob

  • is just i think your nose looks good hiihi^^

  • I got the same colors the other day lol.

  • I find that the only China Glaze polishes that are really good are the cream ones. The slightly shimmery ones and the glittery ones are chunky and nearly impossible to remove. Otherwise..I rather like them.

My favorite colors are Solar Power, Secret Periwinkle, Sexy in the City, and Wild Mink.

  • I agree with your shimmery statement! I find myself sticking to the cream colors from them.

Rich & Famous is kind of my go to color, but I recently picked up the sexy in the city and I am really loving that one right now!

  • Use pure acetone if the polish is hard to remove.

  • Yes, I agree. Use pure acetone and they glitter nail polishes just melt off (even the toughest ones).

  • That last color is so pretty! I will have to pick it up. I also get China Glaze at Ulta stores.

  • China Glaze Shocking Pink is my

fave out of the ones i own, it looks so pretty on toe nails!!!!!~awesome shade for summer too, u should get that color<3

happy i finally found the perfect pink polish

  • You should definately try Spontaneous! I also love Lubu Heels!

  • very cool! its nice to see reviews on some of their other colors.. everyone is talking about for audrey and spontaneous, so i liked seeing something different!

i also took the beauty broadcast quiz... i got a 77% lol

  • try China Glaze Shocking Pink....you can get it at Sallys. LOVE IT!

  • Yay! I just gave my first QOTW vote! :)

  • I would SO MUCH appreciate if you could do more nail videos, I really like watching them, and learning new tips about putting on nail polish, taking care of the nails etc. Now, I'm going to go and answer your next question of the week :))) ! Go, 1000, go!

  • i wasn't crazy about golden meringue either.

  • i love Avalanche i also made a black metallic color with it + creme black nailpolish

  • i used to bite my nails, too, for YEARS... but i got tired of seeing how ugly they were so i bought nail polish... tons of bottles of nail polish... and that helps. i still have a bad habit of picking at the cuticles, but i like my nails so much better since i stopped biting them. i no longer have to sit on them to hide them from people looking at them. :)

  • great video!

  • the more transparent colors are meant to transform the darker, cream colors that have no shimmer.

my friend is a nail fanatic and she loves doing that. it multipies your color option just by placing those polishes over other colors.

  • love this

  • i love your videos! they're so professional, and always full of information! :)

+ i loveeeeeeeeee china glaze! they're my favorite brand! also, golden meringue is good for a french tip

  • love this:)

  • love it!!!!

  • Love your WOTW!
