Nice ride e39 driver.. Too bad we couldn't get out to track.. What are the specs on your ride? pops has an e39 540 .. Dinan stage 2 software.. coldair intake custom dinan exhaust for the m kit.. (single tube and output... We had them custom design it and im guessing these are the 1s now used on all m kit dinan exhaust)... all the m spec components.. etc.. I can't remember anything else that has been done.. Not a daily driver.. Probs less then 15000k .. Sepia individual paint..

There's a sophomore girl at my high school that drives an E39 540i, and I just realized today that it's a manual! It used to be her dad's car (he also has an E39 M5), but I still can't believe he let her have that, nor can I believe that she can drive a stick. Lucky girl!

Nice video man. I can't afford a 540i lol. I had an E36 328i until about 3 weeks ago. I traded it for a Jetta. Not because it was bad or anything, but the BMW was an automatic, and I really enjoy paying $20 to fill my tank lol. Awesome video.

Well that's a really good point, who really wants to give more money to the government. In that case you shouldn't be driving a 540i instead a toyota prius. I actually drive a 1994 Honda civic si for a daily driver. Know one looks at me, know one cares about me they just think im broke like everyone else and i love it especially when i'm at the pump.

How does this affect the fuel economy? I know it shouldn't matter, but I've seen the 450+ hp superchargers cut the fuel efficiency in half.

I have a 540i myself and don't care that much about fuel economy, but I think 9mpg would turn even me away.

I have a 2001 bmw 540i with the m sport package, dinan cold air intake, dinan exhaust and I've got 305hp, what would you suggest I do next? also to all you who want a bmw 540i let me tell you he's right these aren't honda's they cost money to maintain, I also spend probly 20-30 dollars a day on gas.
