today you can still get houses for 50$ if house owners didn't pay taxes.Few months ago I saw half a million dollars houses on sale for less than 1000$.I told my mom that I wish I can buy those houses but she said it would be wrong.I don't think it is wrong to buy those houses.

How would it be wrong? I mean it's obvious that it's the owners fault for not paying taxes, and the only thing wrong is not quickly snatching up that half million dollar home for less than $1000. Wouldn't you agree? ;)
