@Shesnoin What the hell are you talking about? The band that sings this song is called Jon Wayne, and that is the actual name of the singer, so it's not using a dead guy's name. I'll give it to you that it's misspelled in the title - Band = Jon Wayne, Actor = John Wayne - but it's not as bad as you say.
