this trick it killer. i just started learning. im having trouble with the basic hand roll. im using a 2.5 size ball. someone told me that because my hands are weaker its easier starting with a small ball and working up the strength from there.

Body rolls are always easier with bigger balls. You're going to have a lot of trouble learning body rolls with a 2.5 inch ball. I recommend investing in a 100mm / 4" acrylic.
