This is EXACTLY what I needed. Thank you VERY MUCH. I'm such a traditionally-taught artist, and it's hard for me to ink the way everyone else does. Until I get a Cintiq tablet, where I can actually see the screen as though on a piece of paper, this is my new method! 5/5
"fill" the path. make more sense but what ever work this help since i dont like to remake the pictures that tool me forever to make again in my comp this saves time and i can go stray to painting THANKS
Ahhhhhhh! This is exactly what I was looking for! I saw it in a book of comics two years ago and then completely forgot the steps. Thank you. All those other people brushing their lineart haven't fully explored the magic of Photoshop and you have retaught to me. Again: thank you.
Why doesn't anyone TALK during these tutorials? They're useless when the text flashes by in two seconds, especially when you can't even see it without a magnifying glass.
hey when i did the final step with the brush where you paint over the whole thing, it made the whole screen black, not just the lines. what did i do wrong?
Thank you so much for posting this! Inking previous was a pain in the butt before and something I Loathed doing...

Why turn the path into a selection? Why not just "fill" the path.
fillengroovy 3 years ago
it's gonna make a mess.

Nonsence... that's what "fill the path" does. It fills the path and nothing else. Duhr.
