Myt favorite weapon is the bo staff, I am currently in Karate, and i aam a YellowBelt, I am 11 years old, going to be 12 on Augest 3rd. My favorite weapon is the Bo Staff, I will get one soon, when I am a PurpleBelt or I will get one before that. I am in to these type of weapons.( I like the somewhat natrual weapons, not that into swords or weapons wit blades) sorry if this is to long or if I have any spelling errors.
Yes this is a light, tournament style bo that I like to use with these sort of techniques. I use a heavier bo when I train to build up specialized muscle strength.
Nice moves. I like the way you break this technique down into it's individual components which makes it easier to understand. The main thing here is to practice just the first movement and then after that add the second movement and just keep on adding movements until you have the entire technique in place.
Thats a seriously intense technique. dude I have to learn that!. I practice bo-staff so I'm not pretending to know what I'm talking about lol. I'll work on it!

Is that a tournament bo? Nice video...I think you could handle a heavier weapon though :-)
