  • 180C - oven temp - Bake for 1hr 15mins 2 weetabix 113g sultanas 140ml skimmed milk 142ml water 113g Self raising flour 1 tsp Mixed spice 14g Splenda sweetner 1 Egg 500g baking tin spry light 3.5 syns per slice
  • Good but nothing like Pam's from Timebridge

  • These videos are great! Do you know the syn value of the cake if you use the 2 weetabix as a healthy b? Thank again, and I hope you post more.

  • @hicsumfabulalepus

You would need to eat the whole cake in one day to do this, which, based on our calculations would be about 36 syns

If you did this, presumably, you could also use the milk as your Healthy A but this would still be about 30 syns for the whole cake.

  • @Dawstopper Thanks. What I tend to do is count it as one A and B for one day but then eat it over the next few days (however long it lasts :-) ...) At the moment there's a lady in our group who makes carrot cakes for charity and that's one B and 4 syns for the entire cake, so every Thursday I use one B and 4 syns and then try and make the cake last for a week.... I say try, it usualy lasts for 3 days tops!!!! Thanks again, and your videos are great!
