golduck sometimes has the ability of Cloud nine which is the same as Rayquaza's air lock and it negates weather effects

Golduck's Ability is Cloud Nine. It's a renamed Air Lock. It cancels the effects of weather while Golduck is in, but doesn't say the weather is canceled. So Charizard doesn't get stronger Fire attacks, faster SolarBeams, or more resistance to Water attacks while Golduck is out.
