  • First I have to say Hines is a hardworking athelete and very inspirational....Also, his mother seems to be very strong woman! The whole racism thing, it exists in all different human societies but its so sad that the HUMAN RACE has been around so long but we still cant seem to get over it....Its pretty sad I have to say...I wonder if will ever learn from constant mistakes of RACISM in HUMAN HISTORY?!

  • That girl at 6:18 is on the Korean version of American Idol. K-pop star.

  • Koreans are know to be the most racist among Asian people, just do some Google research if you don't believe me. They think they are so high and mighty because of their K-Pop and "fake" Korean-wave crap.

  • Wow....I was treated the same way.....I'm half Korean half German. I went to many highs cools consisting of primary blacks, whites, and Mexicans. And I was really never exposed to the Asians besides my mother of course until now that I'm living in la. They use to call all kind of names like Chinese guy. Funny I live around a lot of Koreans now and they say I'm the white guy. On top of all this, my father named me freakin Virgil. But I love who I am know.

  • this video always get me choke up... mad respect to hines ward

  • I realized bi-racial relationship with a black man who has a child always end up with the black man leaving the child and mother. Is it because the black man just wants sex??

  • @expedition2006

You would not believe the pressure the woman is usually under from her family. She must choose between the father of her child or her family. This choice is not as easy as you think. Especially if the sex was only casual. That alone can be embarrassing.

You have got to get a little more perspective.

  • @drbayoms

I know asian parents do not want their daughter to be with a black man due to how they are portrayed in the media; buts it's her own fault. I'm sure she got 'played" and was naive regarding sex. Blacks are very sexually active; all they think of is sex.

If the sex was only casual, it's the women's fault for not thinking of the consequences of having a child. People never learn. That's why there are so many single parents. This world is full of "bastard" children.

  • @expedition2006 yes we are lol.

  • @expedition2006 being "bastard" itself is not a problem at all (as long as the parents got money) i prefer rich unmarried parents than poor married parents but BLACK MALE are notorious for leaving their woman & children when their kids are still unborn and THAT'S the problem. without a discipline by a strong male role model, it sure gonna suck, especially if you're a boy

  • @StudioGuttierrez

So you're saying a child with rich parents are better? I know many rich kids and they biggest-stupidest assholes!! You my friend are a "bastard'!!

And about Black with leaving a woman with an unborn child is because in the first place they didn't want that child, they just wanted pussy like all horny bastards do!!

  • @expedition2006 - You need to know black people's history. During slavery time the white man master forced and beat his male slaves to have sex or even raped his famale slaves to make more slaves for him even if he didn't want it to produce more slaves for him without the care of them babies at all. After 5 centuries that still stuck in a today's black man, a lot of shit happened during slavery time that is stuck with black people and affect black people every day even in the year 2012.

  • that is why you should never judge people no matter what race or culture they come from cause to me all race are the same we are all humans

  • Im Chinese and married to a Korean man and my husband's family will often tell him how a Korean man should marry a Korean woman, I can only imagine everything Hines and his mother must have been through

  • Im Chinese and married to a Korean man and my husband's family will often tell him how a Korean man should marry a korean woman, I can only imagine everything Hines and his mother must have been through

  • Korean moms are da best!!

  • @lkrauss100 Trashed your team huh. It's okay. lol

  • how do you really spit on someone?

  • I feel this.....I'm so glad he has a chance o heal. continued success Hines.

  • god. as a korean i feel like shit.

and watch when i go to korea this summer they WILL judge me just because im

a bit darker because i play sports

  • this story made me cry. hines ward is amazing

  • oh whadup purebloods.

  • Southeast asians dont care about silly things like this. Less fortunate countries have appreciation of all things and do not shun you because you are different. It seems the eastern countries tend to advocate racism more often than others.

  • @metasak no doubt this is true. it is prevalent in korea because the japanese way back when raped many women in korea when they invaded and the native koreans would look at the half jap/korean kid in a negative way.

this is not for all cases, but for many

  • Comment removed

  • if i was ward i would still be mad at the people or country treated me like crap....

  • @thepeekaboo16 indeed, what Ward failed to realize is that the Korean people accepted him not for who he really is as a person, but for the level of success he has reached. unfortunately, the other kids who have yet to achieve anything will be subjected to discrimination.

  • See..Its not just white folks that are racist. As a white guy posted out to Asia to work,I constantly face racism.

  • I think Hines' Mother probably gotten discriminated even before he was born... the fact is at the time when she would have been young, girls working inside American army base were bartenders/whores. Sad thing but highly likely Hines mother might have been a prostitute.

  • @joekwuen so what is your point? even if what you have said is true it still wouldn't give a right to Koreans to openly discriminate against her. is this your Korean way of trying to justify why she was treated in that way? how sickening.

  • @mike7743 my point was i am feeling sorry for his mom more than hines himself... lol

    control your anger geez

  • I don't know if anyone can comprehend the sickening racism which exists in Asia- against people who are NOT Asian. The Asians resent and absolutely hate Asians who are not full blooded (especially the Koreans- Some say they are the worst). I find it quite hypocritical that the same Koreans who shunned Hines years ago now kiss his ass and treat him like a national hero. Fucking joke.

Ward was his father's name- Hines is the one who made something out of it.

  • The forgiveness from Hines Ward and his mother to the Korean people is incredibly admirable. His mother must have been made from steel. What an inspirational story.

  • @eyemla Racism don't exist in all nationalities... It only happens in a multiracial countries like US, Britain etc and usually happen because the native ones (majorities) are against the filthy immigrants (minorities) for occupying their space and immigrants are just dirts.

  • @kingoftheworld260 a Japanese racist? too bad we didn't drop enough bombs to eradicate sick fucks like you.

  • @kingoftheworld260 Its funny because almost everyone who lives in America is an immigrant because it was the native indians home so you are the actual dirt

  • @trema12345 Nah I meant immigrant by the minority races in that nation.

  • I was in korea in from 68-70 and fathered a Child I'm black He was born in Moon sun ni, my email address is AT4733@aol.com Al

  • @Talvin86 you probably abandoned him too. way to keep the stereotype alive. fucking scumbag!

  • No need for the asian music playing in the background. The mainstream US media ALWAYS does that for every single asian-themed report. Like dude, we get it, it's kinda old now.

  • The old Koreans were right. His black father ran out on him. "Ignant" fool!!!

  • @DatbeRight those same old Koreans made life hell for Ward and his mom in Korea. They have no right to judge anybody, it's easy to accept the guy now after all his successes and im sure his father would do the same thing in a heartbeat but as far as character goes noone has a right to look down/name call anyone. I would still have mix feelings if I was Wards, Korea officially the girl that dump him when he was broke and came crawling back when he made something of himself.

  • I am mixed and was also born in Korea. The kids use to make fun of me because I was different but I was too young to understand. My whole life, I have been judged by the way I look. Hines Ward is the only person I know who has gone through the same thing I went through. I'm not sure if the pain will ever go away.

  • The majority of Older Koreans people are kinda racist. They would prefer that koreans marry koreans. And you can't change it because people like my parents were taught that as a child. But I hope the younger generation like myself will be more open minded and accepting of all people.

  • Hines and his mother are truly inspiring. Thank you.

  • he is a good son...

  • Hines ROCKS! Go Steelers!!!

  • lol he's part black... anything else better than saying he's full korean... lol.

  • You can tell by the way he speaks that he spends most of his time around Blacks.

  • @Southwesttwo he did go to an all black high school

  • yes the nfl is mostly blacks

  • the american soldiers stationed in koera really need to get some attitude fixes...

  • What the fuck is your problem assholes. You guys dont know shit and stop saying shit about Korea you bastards.

  • y2jin1 you are racist so stop lying.the ratio crap that's comes out of your mouth is crazy. You are racist when you said half breed.Only racists say crap like that.

  • How am I racist by saying half breed? You don't even know what the fuck you are talkin about. I'm a half breed, too. It's something to be proud of. STFU and go talk shit to someone else.

  • It's only natural. Koreans and Asians in general don't deal with blacks and "outcasts" are usually picked on. The same would hold true for an Asian kid in the middle of Africa.

  • True.

  • @Echostarwb that's not true about Asians in Africa. Asians i Africa are still a novelty and with the "inferiority complex" of Africans, Africans tend to view Asians as a level above them. There has yet to be ethnic violence against Asians in Africa. I should know. I as an Asian American has lived in Africa.

  • As a Korean American, I've faced my share of discrimination. Whether it be in Korea or America, there's always gonna be racism. I take pride in being a Korean, but some of this stuff is actually true. I'm not saying Korea is better than the U.S, but not all Koreans are like that nowadays, however.

The bottom point is, Hines Ward is one great man for forgiving a society who treated his mother and himself like trash. I myself admire the man. He's a great athlete and role model for all races.

  • The Koreans only accepted him when he became a "champion."

  • Of course people welcomed him because he is a champion. But it is also because Koreans are now more open-minded about bi-racial. If Hines Ward came to visit Korea during 80s or 70s, he wouldn't get much respect as he would now.

  • @junkmailboy1000 and the blacks do the same ..

  • @junkmailboy1000

Of course. Blacks & people born in Indonesia like me would not be as proud of Obama if he had lost the election to McCain.

Everyone wants to be associated with winning & 'winners'.

That's what makes Jesus Christ special - he was crucified & spat on like a loser..... But now people genuflect in his memory at Church every day. So he turned out to be a winner - even if he was mocked while he was alive on this earth.

"Those who are humbled shall one day be exalted".

  • long live the steelers

  • I'm 100% pure Korean, born and raised in Korea as well, so I know pretty much everything about Korea society, and I can guarantee that only few ignorant people in Korea discriminate bi-racial or non-koreans. I don't know what kind of expert they brought here, saying "If you are bi-racial in Korea, you face discrimination". But that's just old story like during 80s. I had both half-white half-korean friend and half-black half-Korean friend, and actually they had no problem with making friends.

  • I'm 100% Afro Caribbean married to a beautiful strong Korean woman, I hope to raise beautiful children soon. You being Korean some things you don't see, the stairs the lack of service in Korean shops and restaurants. Korean people forget that while they learn English some people learn Korean and you hear what people really think. I applaud your friendship and acceptance but I know the fire my children will have to walk through. I face it every day and will support and walk with them every step.

  • As a 100% white dude I can say that I hope no one gives a $hit about race some day in my lifetime, or at least in my kids' lifetimes. It's such BS and I wish people would get over it.

  • @dldetwi I agree with you 100 % We're all the humane race...and some people need to get over it

  • @dldetwi

Face it. Race will always be an issue -

If you don't believe that, you are living in denial.

People don't like talking about race because it makes some people feel ashamed. Nobody likes guilt trips, I get it.

But you can't just erase or ignore centuries of racial injustice or racist economic/military action (killing Native Americans & taking their land to benefit white pioneers etc.)

I don't care how old you get - the scars of racial injustices remain until they are addressed.

  • @MrLarryLessor I don't think you took my comment the right way. What I meant was that people shouldn't look at race as a factor in any decision in life. It's a dream to imagine everyone treating each other as if we were all equal, which I agree will most likely not happen. To say, "face it, it will always be an issue" seems a little pessimistic, but I understand where you're coming from. My question to you is, how can the "scars of racial injustices" be appropriately addressed?

  • Respond to this video...

As a 100% non-white dude, I am very proud of Hines Ward for confessing his shame - the shame of being a non-white person in America.

Corporate America has done so much damage in marketing products to teens in the past 60 years or so- making kids feel like they need to look like this or like that in order to be "classy" or "cool".

  • Respond to this video

It's easy for a white dude to say "get over it". You are not the one who has to live in a world whose legal, political & economic structure has favored you in the past 200 years or more.

You shouldn't criticize Hines' point as "BS" until you step into his shoes & live the life of a non-white person.

The minute you step into a restaurant or courtroom or police station etc. as a non-white person, then you would appreciate how your life is different as a white male.

  • @nsanef

Im Trini/Guyanese...and Im moving to Korea next month. Good luck with your marriage to that nice Korean woman.

  • @nsanef

wait hey ..... so let me ask you, have u travel there ... tell me how it is being from the Caribbean going deh ...

  • @craigXDlol Where do I start... First you need to know the culture KOrean people might not like you because you arnt Korean differing say the Chinese who prefer white people. Just a generalisation) I love Korea and the people Ive met but hear say and TV show only one type of black person to them so you end up educating people on where Jamaica is "No its NOT in AFRICA!!" If you are a confident self assured person you will get on well, young people tend to be easiest to get on with.

  • @nsanef You see the beauty in the people embodied in children funny, smart, curious, intelligent and caring somewhere in life some thing changes and conservatism creeps in. Visit Seoul its the best place to be in Asia as a black person, sure Japan you wont be looked at but you will never crack the shell of that culture.

  • i think youre right...but maybe it was a little more harsh when ward was born

  • Yeah when he talked about the discrimination stuff I think he was mainly talking about when his mom was first with his dad, which would have been 70's even. The US was even a bad place to be as an interracial couple back then.

  • I heard that In the 80's, there were not many foreigners in Korea so when they see a black man, lets say, they would run away or stare at them seriously. Still kinda do.

  • Not really.. We're not stupid dumb people who dosen't know about blacks. Sure yea we look at them bcz u don't see one everday. How does that compare to americans using them as slaves and we're the dirty asians?

  • I love Hine Ward! What a great role model!!

  • And on another note, not all half Korean half blacks are shunned upon. If you need an example, look at Wesley Mallard. He is black and Korean and didn't run off to Georgia with his mom like a coward. He stayed in Korea, grew up there, and played football at a Military school there, and still got a scholarship to play for Oregon St. and was drafted in the 6th round by the Giants. I know this because I played against him in high school. And let me tell ya, that fucker can hit!

  • So who is the better player? Hell if you got picked on everyday and i can tell you bullying is an issue in every country and a big one in a country like korea bcz America has all races korea is mostly korean. Yea im not dissing wesley mallard im saying u need to stop dissing hines ward bcz he wouldn't have become the good player he would've today if he was grown up in korea bcz nobody plays football in korea they all play soccer or baseball and maybe lil basketball and tennis

  • Zombie, your fuckin stupid. "nobody plays football in korea"? I went to school in Korea and we played the hell out of football. As a matter of fact the Korea Allstars are 12 years undefeated. We even beat the 5A State Champs from California 62-12 my senior year. Half of our squad went to play NCAA and seven of them are now in the NFL. Not to mention me and a few others went on to play Semi-Pro. And all of us are Korean. Know what the hell you are talkin about before you open your dumbass mouth.

  • ROFL ROFL ROFL shet u were raised in a militarty schools great but where i was raised in the heart of seoul we didnt kno what the fk was football we didnt kno what a football looked like how we played it and out of the few that knows we call it rugby so sdfu we dont even kno

  • Don't speak for the heart of Seoul and say that they didn't know what football was. YOU didn't know what football was. One of the best college football teams in Korea is in Seoul. And old high school team mate of mine is playing DE for them now. And let's not mention all the NFL players that take trips during the off season to Korea and Japan to train with the players and get to know them. So crawl out of your cave and go fuck yourself.

  • And another thing. Korea is not mostly Korean when you go to an American School. Hines Ward lived on a military base that had a school system of 60% blacks and the rest whites and Koreans. I know because I went to the same damn school. It's dumbass asians like you that make asians like me have to work extra hard to raise the bar back up to where it should be.

  • Comment removed

  • Yeah, and he went back to Korea his freshman and sophmore year to play for the Yongsan Raiders, you douche. I got game films of him and my boy Wesly Mallard playing on the same team and tag teaming the shit out of the whole league. Don't even try to argue with someone that actually lived over there and seen him play. He even held the record at the school for most recieving TD's until 2002 when Markell Porter broke it. Seriously, you wanna continue this?

  • Comment removed

  • You're fuckin stupid. I played football for the Mt. Enterprise Wildcats in Texas my sophmore year and still played four years in Korea. How do explain that? Oh yeah, a little thing called transfering and then going back. And who gives a shit about where his mom worked? He lived with his Halmoni when he went back. Fuckin moron. And please, feel free to meet me in person and call me a Korean bitch. I promise, I'll spear your ass through the door of your own car just as you get out of it.

  • I'm half white and half Korean and I went to school and graduated high school in Korea. They are inaccurate as hell on the way half-breeds are treated. You are only shunned if you are half black and Korean. Partly because of the way black soldiers present themselves downtown. So korean people, naturaly, have a suspicion that all black people are loud and obnoxious. I know it's wrong to judge a whole race because of a few bad people, but the ratio to bad to good in the black race is overwhelming.

  • I hate the STEELERS but,

    Hines Ward is the man!!!

  • Shows you how annoying koreans are

When there bad they treat you like shit

but when your good they start sucking up to you

  • Time passed. Hell show annoying how whites are them treating those black ppl like animals. Goes same for mexicans too they were treated dirty. Koreans got treated dirty. So sdfu u havent went through what I went through as a korean. I hate racisim with all my heart. Sucking up to you? Treat you like shet? If they got married in US lil bit earlier they would've got treated the same way.

  • 1. Im asian.

    2. If you watch the vid they treat him and his mom like shit. but once he does something good they love him.

    Again korea=shit.

  • stop being racist u fking racist fker ur no better than a fking pig

  • wow, u r one sad boy

  • spit in her?

  • Hines Ward is one of my idols!!

  • Man this video is awsome bring ppl tear of Joy Thanx Hines Ward u are my hero bro keep it up

  • As a fellow Korean, I just want to congratulate Hines Ward. I knew about his story, but I've never seen this ESPN coverage. It's absolutely amazing how he and his mother could come back to Korea and embrace other Koreans when they have been rejected for a large part of their lives. Instead of remaining contemptuous and hateful, they have embraced Korea as Korea should have embraced them long ago. That takes courage and moral integrity that you rarely ever see.

    Go Hines Ward!

  • that just fucked up

  • it's not just in korea, it seems to me in america being asian u faced even more discrimination from blacks, whites and other nonasians. asians just suck it up and don't say much that's the difference. not that is good all the time either but he makes it seem it's only koreans who are and that is far from the truth.

  • He is speaking from his own experience. It hurts more when it comes from those who are suppose to be your own people.

  • well, that's good for him but prejudice is everywhere and so is evil in human hearts. i grew up in america and faced horrendous racism and discrimination. humans have a very evil and dirty side.

  • I respect Hines Ward for overcoming so much but the steelers had his first superbowl handed to them..With bettis retiring and all..the refs gave them that game

  • Please elaborate--the Steelers were in control of the game.

  • even bill cowher admits going into the 2nd half he said "well we're ahead..I don't know how but we're ahead" Plus the refs called VERY questionable pass interference call on Djack for 6 points and didn't call PI calls on the steelers recievers of what looked to be more contact..And should I even bring up the worthlisberger goaline joke of a TD. John Madden even admitted that game was a sham.

  • "Djack"--a Seabags fan? Don't give up Parker's 75 yard run or Randle-El's TD pass. And don't throw an int to Ike Taylor...and have better talent...then, maybe you can talk. Rothlisberger's a winner--not worthless by any means--and Madden is a puppet of Al Davis.

  • I applaud his mother who musr have been made of some very strong stuff to raise a child alone in a strange country as a single parent. Apparently she did a good job!

  • hines ward>lee myung bak

  • Great player, great guy

  • @ 7:42, is that Lee Myung Bak, South Korean president? Other than that, kudos to you Hines Ward. btw im korean

  • yep, thats him..he was the mayor of Seoul at the time of Ward's visit. He invited Ward to his presidential inauguration and Ward went.

  • I salute you Hines Ward

  • shame on me for hating him for being steeler.

  • still hate the Steelers....but i like Ward. Wish he were a Cowboy.

  • even if he was tony H0mo couldn't throw for cr@P

  • FYI... Hines ward just took a pay cut so he could finish his career in Pittsburgh. How often you do you see players not go after the money first? Jerome Bettis did the same thing and got a SB ring for it. That speaks volumes for the Pittsburgh Steeler organization, and the players they recruit.

  • Man I used to hate this guy (cause I'm a Seahawks fan) but I respect how he can sit in front of the media and speak not just earnestly but intelligently about some of the issues hapas have in the worlds society. Classy guy; just wants to reconnect and be accepted by his people. I respect that.

I still hate you Hines Ward. Go Squawks!

  • hines ward son! i met hit and i asked him if he knew how to talk korean...and he said hi to me in korean.

  • i'm half korean just like him too.

  • Hines Ward Is An Amazing Person.

  • He is inspirational, not just to those of us with mixed roots... but to all of us who have to carry burdens and feel misplaced... he found his place and his mission.

  • I'm half Korean and half black too!

  • s.korea who are they? they are top 5 at nothing.

  • they won the baseball olympics and came in second place in world classics baseball so there a small but a talented country

  • They've won the baseball world classic 2 times and gold medal in baseball in 2008 olympics. Obviously a lot of popular sports in the US Koreans will never dominate, but they have done very well in other less popular sports. Archery, handball, Badminton, and of course Tae Kwon Do.

  • This story won my heart, oh I wanted to cry.

Poor Hines and his mother, I hope they can make a big difference in those kids today. <3

  • DUDE! YOU WOULDA HELLA BLEND iN iN HAWAii!!!..HAWAii iS ALL MiX PLATE LADDAT!!!!....I LOVE ALL ASiANS!!!..HAWAii HAS THE MOST MiXED UP ASiANS. I SHOULD SPEAK

  • fucking koreans, they only accept half koreans who are famous and the rest would be hated.

  • as much as i love korea i would have to agree with part of ur statement ....its a shame that korea only recognized him after he became a NFL superstar.

  • no not really..... my cousin is half black half korean but when we went in into korea before hines ward my cousin was discriminated and hated. It was a pain to just watch him not want to go out....but after he won MVP and visited korea we went back and the envrionment is 180 degrees different. They accepted him as a korean so you might think its only famous ppl but not anymore.

  • It's good to hear that if even a little bit of perceptions are changing in Korea because of Hines Ward, then he has done a lot.

  • I'm glad to hear that. I am black and I'm learning Korean. I cant tell you how surprised Koreans are when I say hi to them in Korean. They really appreciate the cultural outreach.

  • its a small step. Its been ingrained in their society about having pure blood. But with the success of mixed-half korean people overseas, it should help them see that they too are people with their own unique talents. Their success should help change the way their society thinks.

  • WRONG!

Hines Ward was a starting WR at UGA, and was 3rd string emergency QB.

  • All my love to struggling bi-racial kids in and out of korea. all non-koreans who are more korean than koreans...

things can change and will change

  • 2:29 - 2:34 that lady's almost wanting 2 puke look @ her face

  • wow this video is way off base, korea was like this like 20 years ago..... today's korea is much more open and mixed Koreans are even in the mainstream media! rappers, actors, and etc ! ..

  • uh yeah and when he and his mom left because of discrimination that would have actually been something like 20 years ago.

  • Not really. There is still an issue some strange stigma between rural and urban koreans. Hence why those of the rural find suitable partners not from their country but overseas neighboring countries.

  • it's unfortunate the way that Korean society was, but that attitude is prevalent in many other asian countries

  • not in the Philippines lol!

  • You are whatever you identify yourself to be, why are you guys having this discussion?

  • the narrator talks like a dumbass,

    STEELER NATION.

  • what a joke Korea is, they only accept him now because he`s a famous athelete. if he was a plummer or a auto mechanic they would still be spitting on him.

  • agreed, but for you to judge a nation is wrong too.

  • I agree, Craig youre a douche!

    Go Hines!

  • agreed...but maybe it took a Hines Ward to change some minds in S.Korea. Can't fault a guy for using his fame & fortune for a good cause.

I followed his trip very closely....i noticed his mother didnt do much smiling, and I know exactly why.

  • nuff respect to hines ward

    (salutes)

  • To SougouKakutougiMMA.......

You are a fool.... If his Mom is Korean that makes him 1/2 Korean. His Dad is African American, so that makes him 1/2 African American. It's people like you that made him feel the way he did most of his life. Hines has every reason to be proud of who he is. I don't care if he is bi-racial, I know I am very proud of him.

  • his mom is korean fool

  • It's people like you that made him feel the way he did most of his life. Get a grip. His Mom is Korean.... that makes him 1/2 Korean. Yes, he is also 1/2 African American BECAUSE his Dad is African American. FOOL!!! Hines has every reason to be proud of who he is.

  • "just because he born in s.korea doesnt make him korean. hines ward is african-american"

Oh really so I guess Daniel Henney is Korean since he wasn't born in S. Korea but they accept him as one, funny isn't it.

  • daniel henney is not korean. none of koreans think he's korean. he's american. and he looks like english gentleman to me.

  • wow, ur retarded. u can clearly tell daniel henney is korean, he has more korean traits

  • he has korean blood in him too retard.

    your a stupid fuck.

  • Grow up kook....he is part Korean and afro-American.He even looks more asian then afro american. He is a human being more then anything else.

  • Koreans didn't like him

    Blacks didn't like him

    Whites didn't like him.

I guess no one knew he was Human.

  • KOREA! KOREA! KOREA!!

  • What huge character it took for him to take the high road by going back there. I probably would have told all of Korea to suck it, lol. Being bi-racial myself, I know how he feels. Acceptance within your own family is never even guaranteed. He represents my city of Pittsburgh very well.

  • Tears rolled down my face hearing his story. I hope one day, the world will look pass race.
