I love how they made John Morris the son of Quincy Morris from the Dracula novel. I know its not at all canon with the actually Dracula novel, but I do like how they tried to tie the two together.

@HakoroNui This game doesn't have a SNES version. Far as I'm concerned, I would play both as they're completely different games.

The music in stage 2-2 was used in a later Castlevania game! I want to say it was Order of Ecclesia but I could be wrong.

In Europe, it's called "Castlevania: the New Generation", and just so you know, Genesis is called Mega Drive over here.

I feel that this game is underappreciated and should be played more... thanks for starting the playthrough.

Oh yeah, I love the fact that "Stage 1" could be thought of as a revisiting of most, if not all, of the first game's stages.
