They are Savannah Cats which is a relatively new breed currently in development. The size difference is related to the filial generation of the queen as well as the out-cross breeds used earlier in the pedigree. As a side note, I captured and posted this video to dissuade someone from starting to breed because I didn't think they had what it takes to be a responsible breeder. Despite my warnings, she invested and lost thousands over a 2 year period - and is no longer breeding.
