So as it stands now compared to real names: M. Bison (Vega), Balrog is really M. Bison, and Vega is really Balrog. Understand?

There are some parts to gargoyle's CvS Bison that didn't seem to activate for some reason.

He has this special teleport move that he uses often and has a 4-6 string combo that he makes often. He also does the Psycho Crusher A LOT.
