Most Shia do not support the Wilayat Al Faqih. They support the Hez because it protect their interests vis a vis Israel and because it provided much needed social services to the community. Nasrallah statement to being part of Wilayat Al-Faqih is problematic.

Some shia  because some main shia figures do not recognize it. This an area of major disagreemnt among teh shias. Sayyed Hasan is a follower of the Imam Khomeini who put this idea into practice and accordingly he -sayyed Hasan- belives in Wilayat Al-Fakih and practices it in Lebanon. Wilayat Al-Fakih is not clearly stated in the Qur'an or hadith. Those who believe in it make interpretations of some Hadiths to support their arguments.

wilayat al fakeeh is when senior clerics are in charge of a state (Eg in iran)

ayatollah khomeini was just a cleric, n there was or never will be no messenger after prophet muhammad

and majority of shias DO support wilayat fiqh "provided the circumstances are right"
