Priority has changed too much. Originally, it was meant for cards who got their effect on summoning, but now it means you get to use it even on cards that don't use the effect on summoning, so it's all weird now, but knowing how to use it is very important :p

No, it was never meant for cards that got their effect on summoning.

A good example of this was Chaos Emperor Dragon, Black Luster Soldier, and Chaos Sorcerer. None of their effects trigger when summoned, yet they maintain priority, and they always did.

Nothing about priority has changed.

i got everything but emergency teleport, wouldnt bringing out 2 airbellums from rescue cat also be helpful? and then use instant fusion for a level 5 fusion monster and make sum level 8 monsta.

@0mgitschris yeah that's pretty good. use like 2 airbellums and a random lvl 3 or 4 beast (in case one of them gets used before you get cat.).
