Yea, it you get that box, its from the apple store. It gr8 to buy a refurbished iPod over the new one, the refurbished ones go through a refurbished process to make it look brand new. New back cover w/ new serial, new battery that comes fully charged, and the accessories including USB cord and earphones come with it. Gr8 way to save, ur practically getting a new iPod for less.

And I no this bcause i ordered a refurbished iPod classic and it worked like a charm. Saved $60-70
