Wow...they are really generous, you know? Generally if you break it, they won't replace it without a fee. Refurbished Apple anything actually looks 100% brand new. The reason is because they always replace the outer casing. Refurbished for Apple usually are products that have been returned not because they're broken but because previous customers want to exchange them or they changed their minds.
they most likely will. because they dont repair them and send them back to you cause it would take them to long so they normally just send you a refurbished one.

Its called a Init acrylic case it should come with a clear and pink case. of course i dont use the pink case i gave it to my friend lol
