Gambling is gambling whether it's lotteries, horse racing, poker, blackjack, whatever! The stupid regulations also make it a federal offence for citizens to buy tickets for lotteries outside of the the USA. Why's that? Oh yes, they don't get all that TAX money do they? I promote a lottery syndicate that's available in 133 countries WORLDWIDE and guess what.. I can't sell a ticket to an American! These politicans are making the USA a laughing stock.
