It should be retitled "Women Driver's Hall of Shame". I don't favor women drivers over men drivers though men usually take more risks while women are either incompetent or confused when it comes to observing proper safety issues and the operation of their automobiles Men usually like to speed more often than do women.

and men don't pull stupid driving moves, also? sure, i've never seen a man putting on eyeliner (i'd love to see that though, haha!) - actually i've never seen anyone do that - but i see men on cell phones ALL THE TIME! i've also seen a number of them eating burgers WHILE talking on a cell, and they still speed, tailgate, and cut off people in their SUV! thank god they made it illegal for people to use their cells while driving here in california. too bad they can't ban stupidity.
