the 400 goes through show great. I went through 13 inches and it was plowing but still kept going.

@fcanane1 i agree, all my uncles drive Polaris for hauling wood, i on the other hand drive a Honda 400 still great for what i need

@dCaStSkAtE this sportsman is based off of the hawkeye of which i ride. the 500 ho sportsmans are better preforming and they have a better feel and ride

@dCaStSkAtE the 500 has a higger ground clearence and much better stability the 400 is really short and skinny giving u less handiling over rocks logs and especially drivind sideways on a trail i recently almost flipped my hawkeye but i saved it with my foot all of our other quads had no problem but mine
