He is not a christian conservative....but the conservative value there is that since the main principal of conservatism is reducing spending (alot of what Washington republicans have lost touch of) and limiting government, he was acting as a conservative would. I am not saying what he did was right or wrong, but as a conservative he was acting within the books.
