quick qestion. the dedicated trasports, do they count as 1 troop choice on the force chart or how does that work out?

They count as a seperate kill point, but they attach to the unit.  The Rhino's do not take up FOC, they are with the Troop

You should show a close up of the finished work. From the video it looks like "tooth paste" on the base. Does it become more textured like after awhile?

I have pictures in the more info. It looks like if you would have put nice clumps of greenstuff and painted them white. It's very smooth. I like it better then grey/white powder as snow
