yeah i know its with a hot wire cutter, but i believe he made something like a jig ,to cut all the pieces the same. i just would love to see him cutting some stuff !!!

Hey Bro:)! I drew the wall then cut it out then traced it on 2 inch thick polly then cut it out. Then set the fence on the band saw at 1/2 an inch and cut them to that thickness. Hope that helps man:)! PM me if your unclear on any of this:)
