@XxCallOfDutyMW4xX A lil late on the reply, but no, you don't need Half Life 2. So long as you have a Valve-owned game (Portal, TF2, CS:S, L4D, HL2, etc.), you can get this mod. The main thing needed is the 'hl2.exe,' which is included in all of Valve's games.

And the free Half Life 2: Deatmatch offer from Nvidia and Ati/Amd does not include the Source SDK either lol,

so you will have to buy a Source Engine game to get Source SDK.

The cheapest game you can buy that comes with Source SDK is Half Life 2: Deathmatch for 5 dollars.
