It's a snowmobile....it's made to go over and through snow....find a different path/route...dont be offended...When I ride,I want to hit drifts,big,small,,,whatever....thats all we do is ride deep ditches that are drifted over, busting drifts, ride fence and tree lines that are drifted for miles....different stroke for different folks I guess...
Seems to me all it does it take the fun out of snomobiling...might as well ride down a road, leave the trails alone....the drifts ans powder is all thr fun! That looks just plain boring!

Who made the tracks? I'm looking for tracks for my TV140. But am having truble finding anyting worth getting. Thanks for the help. By the way, very nice set-up you have!
@mt24cowboy02 thanks, we are quite happy with it!. Contact the guys Mclean Industrial Design & Fab. They built both the Variable Width Planer and the 4-Track Conversion set up for the tractor.
@dtilley4 If your guys only have two tracks, she ain't the same type of unit. This is 4 tracks [diff lock if needed) 4 wheel drive if needed & steering is by articulation. A two track will not hold a candle to this thing for traction and maneuverability. The backwards part is just the opposite... much better for visibility, ect. It is the right way to be. Road crossing ect, you do not have to be 12' out on the road before you can see both ways.
@cobber84 we have 2 units with 3000+ hours on them, no problems (a couple of hose failures but not a big deal) We run it in 1,2,or3rd gear (top speed 12mph) Not much will touch it in snow, big traction, flotation, visability and manuverability
We built this whole unit. Track system, tracks and drag. Too many people said it couldn't be done. Built another one last fall a little bit shorter for a front wheel assist power unit. Had to come up with a way to cut costs for grooming. Get the trail flat, wide and hard in one pass. Cover more miles of trail that needs grooming in stead of Turing back to double up the trail you have already been on.
He's going backwards because that is a New Holland tractor and it looks like it might articulate in the center. The push blade is actually mounted in a 3 point hitch. They are a type of tractor that allows for a better field of view from the drivers seat.
Make up your mind,is it 2ft or 3ft....did you add a foot to make it more dramatic, lol

Nice work !! These are a great tractor and I really like the concept of the tracks on this machine. There should be a lot more of these out there.
